Required Candidate Profile
- 3-4+ years of experience in dealing with International Property Consultants (IPC) or experience with warehousing developers
- In-depth knowledge of commercial real-estate / Warehousing development and management
Job Description
- Responsible for the overall tenant and lease management for all existing and future warehousing properties
- Identify leads, manage brokers and international property consultants
- Manage all tenant relationships and be the single point contact for tenant-related issues
- Responsible for Business Development, develop relations with prospective tenants, occupiers
- Track new leasing trends across the Logistics/ Industrial space. Mapping and tracking industry peers
- Target-driven, success criteria are the number of leases signed. Annual targets are broken into half-yearly plans to be achieved. Revenue generation responsibility
- Develop relationships with local/ national and international property consultants
- Provide requisite reports and data as per defined processes of the organization specifically as under :
- Market and micro-market development & growth. New emerging markets in the zone/region/territory of responsibility
- Track every new lease/renewal transaction, potential opportunities, new lease signups, and Land transactions
