ARVIND PAHWA

Arvind Pahwa a real estate veteran who has 48 years of managerial experience  with  38 years of experience in each aspect of Real Estate including development, corporate Real Estate, Acquisition, Investments, Fund Management and Asset Management. He holds a degree in BSc- Hons-Physics from Delhi University, and a Masters in Management Studies from JBIMS- Bombay University. 

Mr Pahwa is currently a Senior Advisor to Hines, L&T Finance & a RE fund sponsored by a leading domestic bank. He has served as CEO and President at several leading firms and has also developed and invested in residential, office, hotel, and industrial property throughout the country. He was the MD and CEO of JP Morgan Real Estate Private Equity Fund and raised USD 350MM fund, Executive Director with Piramal Capital, and was also appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of Trinity Capita, an AIMS listed fund with the objective of helping the fund to exit. 

He was hired as the CEO of Indiareit Consultancy Services manager of a US $100 million real estate venture capital fund in India. From 1995 to 2005, Arvind served as Senior Executive and President of Reliance Land Limited, part of Reliance Group. Before joining Reliance, Arvind was employed as CEO for Lokandwala Group from 1981 through 1994. 

Currently, he is also engaged with various NBFCs, AIF fund, International Developer based in India focused on Commercial Space Development and engaged as an Advisor Real Estate at L&T Finance.
