Geetha brings with her over 23 years of core domain experience in Investor Relations, Business Development/ Sales, Corporate Retention amongst others. A career profile built with large global brands in intensely demanding industries such as Telecom, Insurance, Finance, and Asset Management has been the building blocks.
A seasoned campaigner, prior to Welspun One, she served at IIFL Asset Management as a core team member building the Investor Relations program, setting up and onboarding Investors/ Channel Partners. Preparing Pitch deck presentations and stakeholder management were key result areas. Ensuring compliance, periodic domestic & offshore Investor communications across 88 funds, Investor/ Channel Partner query resolutions were the key deliverables.
Her assignment in Milestone Capital Advisors involved administrating the Investor Relations policy and investment cycle for 14000 investors, Channel partner, and RTA management along with regulatory Investor communications, process standardization & adherence across functions.
As a part of Welspun One’s fund management team, she is responsible for leading the Investor Relations strategy, designing a full-bodied regulatory framework that ensures compliance in operations, effective Investor communications & disclosure whilst delivering superior investor experience.
Geetha is a certified professional in Marketing Management from The Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai.
