National Head - Corporate Affairs
Lokanathan Nadar has joined us as Head of Corporate Affairs and in his role with us he will be instrumental in powering our growth by ensuring all our pre and post-land deals have the requisite approvals and are compliant with various laws and regulations pan India. Apart from that, he will also play a very important role in representing Welspun One with the industry bodies and central and state governments for various business opportunities and resolution of issues.
Lok brings with him more than 20 years of varied expertise in project approvals, environment clearance, on-site construction management, bid process management for PPP projects, project development and operations management, project structuring on PDPP and PPP formats etc. He has also played pivotal roles in destination building, private capital raise, project management and managing AIF / Venture capital, regulatory and policy advisory, financial advisory etc. to both Central and State Governments for investment promotion and employment generation.
His last assignment was with Mahindra Lifespace Developers as Business Head for Origins apart from being the state executive champion for Gujarat for the Mahindra Group. Prior to this he was an independent consultant and was also associated with The Wadhwa Group in various roles, as Head Infrastructure Vertical (Advisor) –Arthveda Fund Management Pvt. Ltd, CEO and Head Infrastructure Business - Wadhawan Mega Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd and CEO – Township Developers India Ltd.
