Chief Development Officer
Shantanu Purandare has joined us as CPO and brings on board over 21 years of rich global experience in Project and Construction Management. He started his career in 1999, during which he worked with several reputed organizations in India and overseas. He spent over 6 years leading the construction project portfolio at Leighton India and subsequently with Logos, where he headed the Maker Maxity hospitality development at BKC, Mumbai and warehousing portfolio for the South and West regions respectively. The prestigious 1.1M sq. ft Amazon warehouse park at Devanhalli was delivered by Logos under his leadership during the peak of the pandemic and related lockdown.
At Welspun One, he will play a critical role in augmenting the development team through his expertise as we continue to grow at a very rapid pace.
Shantanu has completed his Mechanical Engineering from AIEM, Mumbai along with PMP, NEBOSH qualifications, and his business management certification from IIT Delhi.
