Sundaresan comes with a rich buy and sells the experience of more than 17 years, having worked with organizations such as CBRE, ICICI Bank, Tata Housing and Mahindra Life Spaces.

Prior to joining Welspun One, he was the Head of Business Development and a part of the Executive Council for Mahindra Life Spaces. During his 7-year tenure there, he was also responsible for the acquisition and divestment of lands for their residential & industrial verticals. He comes with sound knowledge of the real estate dynamics of India.

Sundaresan has led teams to acquire multiple land parcels - aggregating to over 600 acres across India, with a capital outlay in excess INR 1,650 Crores and Project toplines of more than INR 10,000 Crores. He also enjoys a strong network of relationships with International Property Consultants, PE Funds & Law Firms.
