Qualifications and Experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)
• Professional certifications in budgeting, estimation, and valuation are preferred.

Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in cost management, budgeting, and reporting, ideally within the mixed-use
  development (commercial real estate and industrial warehousing)
• Strong knowledge of RCC and structural steel buildings, pre-cast, electrical, mechanical, landscapes, building
  interiors, etc.
• Understanding of procurement, contracting, and contract management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standardize cost breakdown structures across projects and all budgeting stages
• Maintain IC Investment Committee to Revised current budget traceability documenting deltas and
• approvals
• Monitor and report commitments and actual spending against approved budgets factoring in released orders
• and processed variations
• Control budget adjustments and contingency utilization in line with authorization limits GAMDOA
• Review and track commitments and spending against approved TI Tenant Improvement budgets
• Prepare budget performance reports for leadership budget vs actuals with variance analysis
• Identify and report risks and uncertainties impacting project costs
• Create and update monthly cashflow projections aligned with forecasted commitments
• Track pending commitments vs available budget to prevent budget overruns
• Perform periodic costtocomplete CTC assessments and revise budgets as required
• Track and assess the cost impacts of scope changes and variation orders
• Maintain a budget change log and update budgets accordingly
• Prepare justification notes for budget revisions in line with GAM approvals
• Periodically update dashboards related to cost and cashflow management for leadership visibility
• Ensure compliance with internal policies governance frameworks and audit requirements
