Central PMO – Planning and Control Lead (Senior Manager)


Qualifications and Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in architecture / engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
  • Postgraduate in Project Management / Construction Management

Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in construction and project management
  • Minimum 3 years in roles involving central level PMO functions
  • Proven experience managing large-scale mixed-use developments, commercial real estate, and industrial
    warehousing
  • Strong understanding of governance, planning, control, monitoring and risk management

Additional Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, or equivalent will be preferrable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed integrated project schedules specifically for preconstruction
  • Coordinate with design procurement corporate affairs and finance to ensure schedule alignment
  • Define and maintain PMO governance frameworks standards and templates
  • Maintain version control for schedules reports and documentation
  • Oversee integrated master schedules across multiple project sites
  • Monitor portfoliolevel progress and performance metrics
  • Consolidate and analyze sitelevel reports for consolidated updates presentations
  • Track portfoliolevel risks issues and mitigation strategies
  • Maintain centralized key risk and issue registers with escalation protocols
  • Facilitate crossfunctional reviews for design procurement corporate affairs and site execution
  • Facilitate periodic portfolio review meetings with senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies statutory norms and audit requirements
  • Oversee QHSE performance tracking and reporting across sites
  • Endorse vendor contracts billing milestones and payment summaries reviewed by site
  • Review site updated dashboards for schedule cost and risk visibility
  • Provide guidance and support to site PMOs on planning controls and reporting
  • Track lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across projects
  • Support project closeout governance and documentation standardization
  • Liaise with finance legal and procurement teams for integrated project controls
  • Ensure alignment of project execution with business case and strategic goals
