Site Planning and Control Lead (Senior Manager)


Qualifications and Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in architecture / engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
  • Postgraduate in Construction management / Project management

Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in construction and project management
  • Proven experience planning and monitoring of large-scale mixed-use developments, commercial real estate, and
    industrial warehousing
  • Strong understanding of governance, planning, control, monitoring and risk management

Additional 'Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, or equivalent will be preferrable

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain detailed integrated project schedules
  • Coordinate with design procurement and execution teams to ensure schedule alignment
  • Monitor key constraints related to leased buildings
  • Track progress against baseline plans and update schedules regularly
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables
  • Coordinate with site teams to gather progress data
  • Monitor contractor microschedules lookahead plans and detailed reports
  • Participate in ongoing site review meetings design procurement execution and QHSE
  • Codevelop recovery schedules based on timetocomplete assessments and foreseen delays
  • Monitor permit and statutory approval timelines
  • Monitor resource allocation and requirements
  • Support central team to track and control project costs and budgets
  • Review certified vendor invoices highlight any deviations and keep track of payments
  • Review and validate contractor progress claims and billing milestones
  • Maintain project documentation and update reporting dashboards
  • Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings with management
  • Identify and assess projectspecific risks and issues
  • Maintain a risk and issue register with mitigation plans
  • Escalate critical risks and issues to senior management
  • Support change management and impact analysis
  • Monitor performance against QHSE plans perform spot checks at site
  • Support interface management amongst key project delivery stakeholders
  • Support project closeout planning and documentation
  • Track lessons learned and prepare project closure report
