Our MD, Anshul Singhal won the Realty+ 40 Under 40 Awards 2021 for his contribution to the warehousing sector. The award is to commemorate the achievements of the young leaders that are shaping the Indian realty sector to greater heights. The award ceremony concluded on a high note with a round table conclave that saw the young and the veteran leaders of the real estate, building and construction sector congregating on the same platform to celebrate the achievements of all the distinguished winners.

Welspun One’s flagship 110-acre Bhiwandi project becomes India’s 1st Pre-certified Platinum Green Logistics Park under IGBC, in its category. They have been awarded the coveted certification for integrating ecological and sustainable measures in their currently under-construction logistics park. The certification is in tandem with Welspun One’s belief in the multiplier effect of their projects - with each park being designed with the vision of enhancing productivity, the standard of living, and overall economic activity beyond its boundaries to transform communities.

Welspun One Logistics Parks won the award for the ‘Emerging Developer of the year- Industrial (West)’ category at the 12th Annual Estate Awards. It was conducted by Franchise India in association with RE/MAX India in November 2020 and saw across-the-board participation at a pan-India level.

Anshul Singhal, MD, Welspun One has been listed in the BW 40 Under 40 Achievers list of 2020 presented by BW Business World, via a virtual platform in January 2021. BW 40 under 40 is a quest for the most influential leaders of the year. It is a hunt for the top 40 brightest young entrepreneurs, innovators, and game-changers under the age of 40.
