Vineet has 10 years of experience in development projects across different real estate asset classes. Prior to joining Welspun One, Vineet was a core member of CBRE PjM India where he was responsible for growing the development projects portfolio across the West region.
He was also the lead for Data Center projects for CBRE India. During his 8 years’ tenure at CBRE, he handled key accounts and assisted in the growth of the development projects portfolio to 19 MM SF from 3MM SF.
He is a techno-commercial real estate professional with sound knowledge of project lifecycle: due diligence, acquisition, planning, costing, execution & handover. He has led TDD and market research assignments for CBRE PjM, assisting clients in their acquisitions, site selection & project strategies.
Vineet is an alumnus of IIT Bombay & CUSAT, has won an academic excellence award at Cochin University and was also recognized amongst the best budding Civil Engineers & was selected for National Programme by IIT Kanpur.
