Aditya Harlalka has 12+ years of overall work experience, with 10+ years of experience in the infrastructure & real estate sector. He has executed more than USD 2BN of investments, capital raising, M&A and divestment transactions across multiple geographies.
At Welspun World, he is entrenched in strategic advisory for the infrastructure and real estate business playing a vital role in the growth of the businesses and execution of critical projects.
Prior to Welspun World, Aditya was part of the Vice Chairman's Office at GVK Power and Infrastructure Ltd., where he gained diverse experience across sectors ranging from airports, roads, real estate, power, and coal mines across multiple geographies.
As part of the strategic advisory team, he was involved in multi-billion-dollar projects and transactions such as the USD 2BN redevelopment & operation of the Mumbai Airport and USD 1BN acquisition of Hancock Coal Mines in Australia.
Aditya has also worked at Ernst and Young in the Assurance & Advisory Business Services. He is a Chartered Accountant and has done an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
