Deepak Chauhan heads the Legal function for Welspun World. He has over 24 years of hands-on experience in diversified areas such as corporate & securities laws, mercantile & banking transactions, real estate, disputes, and intellectual property laws.

Having worked across varied sectors, he significantly contributes towards strategizing and structuring transactions, risk mitigation advice, and policy advocacy. Chambers Asia-Pacific, 2019 has recognized him amongst the most influential General Counsels in India.

Deepak holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a master’s degree in law from Government Law College, Mumbai, specializing in Corporate & International Business Laws.
